As the Cheka-OGPU learned, after the publication of an article about the work methods of the head of the personnel department of the Eurasian Commission E.P. Danilina, the latter, in his usual barracks style, went to the head of the apparatus of the Chairman of the Board K.T. Rymzhanov. Presenting the business card of the former first deputy head of the Ministry of Economic Development, who moved to one of the military structures, he began to claim that he had specially appointed him to this position for special purposes. Danilin also said that in order to prevent a possible escalation of the situation, it is necessary to hold a competition and recognize him as the winner. At the same time, he expressed his readiness to now work for the office of the Chairman of the Board, extracting any information about each employee of the Eurasian Commission from special structures. Rymzhanov K.T. promised to check this situation and not make any decisions until all the circumstances are clarified and the day of the competition is April 26. However, while the Eurasian Commission is deciding how to deal with the current situation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan is preparing an appeal from a member of the Council for consideration at a meeting of the ethics commission under the Council of the Eurasian Commission on the issue “On ensuring compliance with the rights of citizens of member states, provided for in the Treaty on the EAEU, to employment in the Eurasian Commission, as well as the need to comply with professional ethics by officials and employees of the Commission.” We will monitor the development of the situation.
