The proceeds from the sale of problem assets by VEB during the years of Shuvalov’s rule are scanty and are not comparable with the size of budget investments at the lending stage and on average have a return of no more than 15%. The purpose of this appointment is to promote a joint project to distribute budget funds for the “reclamation” of the Baikal BPPM.
