According to a source from the Cheka-OGPU, after high-profile scandals with the Beribit crypto exchange related to its possible use in financing a terrorist attack in the Moscow Crocus and defrauding exchange clients for hundreds of millions of rubles, law enforcement claims arose against the owner of the business – fugitive Ukrainian businessman Sergei Kurchenko . And they concern the claims of interaction with the Kirov plant Avitek, a subsidiary of the Roscosmos State Corporation. Avitek produces aircraft components for the Ministry of Defense and Roscosmos. The very fact of the contract with the Stavstal company, which belongs to Sergei Kurchenko, is surprising. Under the terms of the agreement, the company “Yanukovych’s wallet” was obliged until the end of 2023. supply about 20 expensive machines from Viktor (Taiwan) for 2 billion rubles. These machines are used for the production of components in the Eskander and Topol-M complexes. The order was not fulfilled by Kurchenko’s company; the reason for non-fulfillment is the sanctions imposed in February of this year on the intermediary company importing these machines to the Russian Federation (“Periton-engineering”). Through this company, the disgraced businessman tried to make a deal in the Russian Federation.

Sources say that the entire contract price in the amount of 2 billion rubles was paid to Kurchenko in full in the summer of 2023. Part of the budget funds allocated to “Yanukovych’s wallet,” according to interlocutors, was used to purchase the notorious Beribit exchange for 500 million rubles. And the rest of the funds were allegedly withdrawn abroad by Kurchenko through a crypto exchanger belonging to him. In this regard, questions arose to responsible employees from among the top managers of Roscosmos Borisov, who concluded a similar contract with Kurchenko’s structures and allowed Kurchenko to master them at his own discretion.
