As the Cheka-OGPU learned, the Tverskoy Court of Moscow issued a verdict in one of the most hidden cases because of the persons mentioned in it, members of the inner circle of Vladimir Putin and Sergei Sobyanin, and compromising evidence on them. The accused was Alexander Matveev, who worked for twelve years as the family driver of Kresimir Filipovich and his wife, Deputy Mayor of Moscow Anastasia Rakova.

Matveev and his friend Venera Soldatova were accused of extorting 2 million euros from Krešimir Filipović, who is also called Vladimir Putin’s “Croatian wallet”. His company Velesstroy participated in the construction of the palace in Gelendzhik.

It all started with the fact that in March 2022, a message was received on Filipovic’s phone demanding 2 million euros for non-dissemination of information “discrediting and disgracing Filipovic K., which could cause significant harm to the rights and legitimate interests of Filipovic K. and members of his family.” Krešimir involved a trusted person in the negotiations – one of the leaders of Sergei Sobyanin’s election headquarters when he was elected to the post of governor of the Tyumen region, PR specialist and deputy Dmitry Ogulchansky. He held a meeting near the Ukraina Hotel with his counterpart, where he was told that there was compromising evidence about the financial, economic and entrepreneurial activities of Filipovich, Rakova, as well as about Krešimir’s personal life. All this, according to opponents, could have an extremely negative impact on the reputation of Krešimir and Rakova. As a result, Soldatova, who had a small child, was detained and was convinced to testify against Matveev.

Interlocutors of the Cheka-OGPU say that in the end it turned out that Matveev has nothing to do with this crime, his name is tangentially related to this case, but since he is the bearer of information about the Filipovich-Rakov couple, they decided to arrest and imprison him.

The fact is that Matveev is one of the few who know about the own corruption scheme of Filipovich Kresimir’s wife Anastasia Rakova, who holds a high position in the Moscow government.

As a result, Soldatova was sentenced to seven and a half years, with the sentence suspended until the youngest child reaches the age of fourteen, that is, never, since she can give birth to one, two, three more children and, due to the passage of years, she will never suffer punishment…

Alexander Matveev, who has nothing to do with this case, but is the bearer of a huge amount of information that may not compromise Rakova and imprison her husband Filipovich, received eight years of strict regime.
