The Cheka-OGPU continues to talk about the theft of millions of budget money during the production of “masterpieces” of domestic cinema, using the example of the filming of the film “To the Good Bees!” We have already written that state money is shamelessly “sawed”, raising the price tags for film production significantly.

As it turned out in the case of the film “To the Good Bees!”, with the full connivance of the Ministry of Culture, the price for creating the film was inflated as much as 5 times! Despite the existence of contracts and copyrights, the creators of the film, with a real estimate of 19 million rubles, announced a budget of 106 million.

And the scriptwriter and director Alexander Kharlamov, who refused to sign up for this scam, who initially defended his project before the commission and got government support for it, was “fired” without any real arguments.

The head of the relevant department of the Ministry of Culture, Dmitry Davidenko, does not refute the accusations of the deceived figure, but takes a very convenient position. They say that the prosecutor’s office can request documentation for subsidies for the film, and then, if there was a forgery, then all the questions are with the contractor – the AKM studio, in which the managers and owners changed the day before.

As a result, under the auspices of the film, approved (according to the script and performance by the author Alexander Kharlamov) by the Ministry of Culture and paid for from the pockets of the state (essentially, the audience), the “creators” have almost finished filming a completely different movie, but under the same “working title.”

As the Cheka-OGPU found out, now this is not a comedy, but a humorous almanac, in which the script was rewritten on the fly, and two directors were invited as directors: Maxim Zykov (director of Univer on TNT, who played in several famous films) and debutant David Stepanyan . They, driven by the scandal, literally put together a “good, family movie” with famous artists Fyodor Lavrov and Stepan Devonin.

The producer of the film, at least the one who called himself as such and tried to convince Alexander Kharlamov that if 80 million gets lost in the pockets of the right people, then this is normal, is Evgeniy Starobinets, who worked in a similar position in the failed domestic horror film Kola Superdeep. After the premiere, critics wrote that the budget of 125 million rubles for a film shot in one location was clearly too high.

The Cheka-OGPU obtained documents and eyewitness accounts about how the state’s money is “saved” in the most fantastic way on films, which then surprise the audience (we’re putting it mildly) and force the Ministry of Culture to justify itself that it’s “good…
