The scandal with the detention of two surgeons from the Moscow IQ Plastic clinic, Ilya Elagin and Tamerlan Kadzaev, is gaining momentum.
The Investigative Committee has long declared a de facto war on Russian medicine, but often criminal cases against doctors are brought unreasonably based on far-fetched and biased statements from patients.

So in the case of Elagin and Kadzaev, very strange facts began to emerge from the very beginning.
Our sources in law enforcement agencies reported that the criminal case was initiated as a result of agreements between the relatives and friends of the deceased Pyotr Gavrilov, the study of whose personality makes it possible to answer the question of who can put such pressure on the Investigative Committee in order not only to achieve the initiation of a case in the absence of a precisely established cause of death, but and arrest the famous Moscow surgeon Elagin.

The case of the death of Pyotr Gavrilov began to unfold as quickly as possible after it became known that one of the doctors at the clinic was the famous plastic surgeon Timur Khaidarov. He had nothing to do with the operation that Elagin performed on Gavrilov, but everything suggests that it was Khaidarov who was actually ordered, and the detained surgeons were collateral damage in this war. It is interesting that immediately after the initiation of the case, a well-orchestrated, massive PR campaign began, aimed at discrediting the entire IQ Plastic clinic and Khaidarov himself. Absurd statements such as the fact that the clinic was unsanitary and that the surgeons who performed the operation did not have diplomas of higher medical education were systematically thrown into the press.
Escort girls and bots joined the discussion of these idiotic facts en masse, repeating idiotic speculations about the purchased diplomas, calling surgeons almost guest workers, and actively using Kadzaev’s surname to discredit the clinic, hinting at his non-Russian origin.

From the first days after the seizure of documents from the clinic, investigators knew that in fact Ilya Elagin is one of the best surgeons in his field, has 20 years of practice, and is a candidate of medical sciences. And his assistant Tamerlan Kadzaev is a graduate of First Medical School, a resident at Sklif.
At the same time, Pyotr Gavrilov himself, a man with an original Russian name and surname, was called by all the media as a carbon copy of a famous entrepreneur and producer.

But the Cheka managed to find out who Pyotr Gavrilov really was and why, under such ambiguous circumstances, someone forced the Investigative Committee to open a case and paid for an expensive PR campaign to denigrate the clinic.

As follows from the verdict of the Savyolovsky court dated September 13, 2022, Pyotr Gavrilovich Gavrilov was convicted of fraud on an especially large scale for fraud with car loans. The punishment under this article is up to 10 years in prison. But our “producer and businessman” received a minimum suspended sentence and remained free. That is, by the time of the operation in the clinic, he still had to serve his sentence. It would be possible to put an end to this, but questions were raised by the second defendant in the case – Aron Gavrilovich Gavrilov, that is, his own younger brother.

Both of those convicted by the Savelovsky court (the verdicts are available to the Cheka) are members of an ethnic organized crime group, Mountain Jews from Azerbaijan. That is why the family took Gavrilov’s corpse without allowing it to be opened or examined, and the very next day he was buried in his homeland according to Jewish customs.

Knowing who in Moscow belongs to this clan of immigrants from the Guba region of Azerbaijan, it becomes clear how the Moscow Investigative Committee, without conducting an autopsy and medical examination, opened a criminal case and detained the doctors.
