Contrary to common sense and current legislation, on May 27, Judge Roza Olimova did not make a decision to move the bankruptcy procedure to the stage of bankruptcy management and did not approve a bankruptcy trustee from the SRO determined by the meeting of creditors. We remind you that the choice of an arbitration manager (SRO) falls within the exclusive competence of the meeting of creditors (clause 2 of Article 12 of the Bankruptcy Law).

The hearing of the case was again postponed and scheduled for May 31. The basis for this decision was the false and unsubstantiated speculation of another offshore company – the Libertex company, which asks again to apply the “random selection” of the SRO. It was previously noted that, according to the channel’s information, the “random selection” of a judge of the Moscow Arbitration Court should fall on the SRO AU “Egida”. And so it happened – an amazing predetermination of chance. As if this trick wouldn’t work twice.

The “random choice” itself is capable of bringing the offshore companies behind the MSNF at least another million dollars (500-700 thousand dollars monthly) from renting out property. Of course, at the expense of the bank, whose main shareholder is the state and which has not been able to collect the debt for more than a year. This delay is clearly not beneficial to state interests. It’s paradoxical, but as we have already noted, the Moscow Arbitration Court acts in the interests of foreign offshore companies, and offshore companies that are associated with fugitive oligarchs-fraudsters who are on the wanted list.
