As a source of the Cheka-OGPU said, judges of the Odintsovo City Court, Igor Pechurin and Tatyana Khamkina, who were caught extorting a bribe from a defendant under a “pedophile” article, are trying with all their might to avoid criminal liability and to prevent Alexander Bastrykin from going to the All-Russian Commissariat of Justice with the idea of ​​depriving them of immunity.

The intermediary in receiving bribes for judges, local businessman-fixer Igor Ploshchansky, detained by FSB officers when he took the first tranche of a 12 million bribe, suddenly decided to change his testimony. Now he put forward a version that the lawyer of the defendant Puchko, from whom a bribe was extorted, returned to Ploshchansky the money that he allegedly transferred for the employment of his nephew in law enforcement agencies.

According to operational information, Pechurin and Khamkina offered this version of Ploshchansky’s defense, promising to support him financially and resolve the issue of a lenient sentence with Moscow judges if they themselves were not brought to justice. At the same time, the group will have to somehow intelligently refute the audio recordings of the extortion process, from which it directly follows that Ploshchansky acted together with Pechurin and Khamkina. The investigation has already ordered phonoscopic and linguistic examinations, after which the relevant documents will be sent to the central office of the ICR to obtain permission to bring charges against the judges.

Let us recall that Pechurin and Khamkina, for 12 million rubles, guaranteed the defendant 12 years of imprisonment instead of 20, Ploshchansky informed in advance about all decisions in this case, which were subsequently made by Khamkina, and in the pocket of Pechurin’s robe, FSB operatives seized 500 thousand rubles, which he received from Ploshchansky.
