A new dawn of the “dashing 90s” in St. Petersburg – the real crime baron, Vice-Governor Evgeny Razumishkin, continues to fill his circle exclusively with people with a criminal past. And we’re not just talking about officials, like his closest adviser Yevgeny Petrov, who changed his last name after a criminal case for theft. Even the businessmen who enter into government procurement in the Krasnogvardeisky district of St. Petersburg, controlled by Razumishkin, come from a criminal background. Recent examples: recently the district administration made two purchases for the supply of furniture to school No. 531 with a total cost of 70 million rubles. The companies Residium and Eraprim won with virtually no reduction in cost. The first belongs to a certain Natalya Zaitseva. She is unremarkable, except for the fact that she lived for a long time in Ukraine, from where, according to rumors, she left due to troubles with law enforcement officers. However, at present we do not know the details. The second company was recently re-registered under the 23-year-old nominee of Ivan Golenishchev. In fact, Eraprim is controlled by the ex-owner – 66-year-old Andrei Semenov, who received his first conviction back in 1980 for large-scale theft of state property! Then Semenov served 8 years in prison with confiscation of property, of which he served 7. Needless to say, having been released with strong prison experience, he joined the ranks of the nascent “brotherhood”, officially being listed as a security guard.

Let’s look further. The Red Guard administration is holding four competitions for the renovation of clinic No. 66, with a total cost of 117 million rubles. All contracts without the slightest reduction in price go to Etalon Group LLC. This should not be confused with a well-known developer – this is a small private company owned by Vyacheslav Bogdanov. In 1998, the then police of the Tver region were looking for Bogdanov for participation in a group armed robbery, and he successfully disappeared from the investigation and “surfaced” after the statute of limitations had expired. As they say, he is an experienced man.

All these puzzle pieces are not coincidences. Criminal adviser in Smolny, contractors who went through the combat school of the 90s, addiction to BIONORD products of the criminal owner manufacturer business relations with the hiding funeral magnate Grant Agasyan, the rise of the companies of Shabnov, who had lost the trust, visits of law enforcement officers to the administration of the Red Guard “fiefdom” – all this betrays the figure of Evgeny Razumishkin with the authoritative image of Don Corleone directly in the city government. Of course, it is precisely such a person who should control the multi-billion dollar areas of improvement and the city’s housing stock on the eve of the gubernatorial elections! After all, everyone knows that St. Petersburg is a gangster city (c)

Subordinates are distancing themselves from the Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg Evgeny Razumishkin. Everyone was surprised by the abrupt departure of his Oleg Zotov from the post of head of the Housing Committee to become an adviser to the governor. It turned out that Zotov simply did not want to participate in cutting contracts for…
