Judge Georgy Nepranov is a supporter of the “random sampling” method.
Previously, the Cheka-OGPU has repeatedly written about the close relationship between judge Georgy Nepranov and Vladimir Skripka and Gaik Pogosyan.
On June 4, 2024, the judge of the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory Nepranov, acting on the instructions of Gaik Pogosyan, approved Grigory Anatolyevich Kravchenko, a member of the Crimean Union of Professional Managers “Expert” (TIN 9102024960) (hereinafter referred to as “SRO “Expert”) as the bankruptcy manager at Kuban Delicacies LLC “). In his ruling, the judge indicated that the approval of the manager’s candidacy was carried out randomly (random sampling method). Unfortunately, this is not the case; our editors have a whole series of evidence that the choice of judge Nepranov was not random, and Nepranov himself actually approved the bankruptcy trustee for the third time, contrary to the opinion of the majority of creditors. Here are just a few facts that Nepranov deliberately did not pay attention to:
1) SRO OAU “Leader” (competitive managers Fomin A.V. and Grigorieva O.S.), SRO “Unity” Gaik Pogosyan and SRO “Expert” are part of a single association – the National Union of Crisis Management Professionals (NSPAU), have uniform governing bodies within the framework of this association, in particular, the President of SRO “Expert” Yakushkin V.I. is the Vice-President of the association;
2) According to the data of the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information (EFRS) Grigorieva O.S. and Kravchenko G.A. receive correspondence in one place in the city of Saransk;
3) Also, according to the EFRSB, members of the SRO “Expert” and the SRO “Leader” are located in the same office in Saransk at the address: st. A. Nevsky, 64, office. 10. So, in particular, in one office there are the former bankruptcy manager of Kuban Delicacies LLC O.S. Grigorieva. and member of SRO “Expert” Yurtaykina E.V.;
4) According to the official website of SRO “Leader” Grigorieva O.S. previously completed an internship at SRO “Expert”;
5) According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, President of SRO “Expert” V.I. Yakushkin has a number of business assets in Saransk;
6) As part of the explanations in the bodies of the Department of Economic Crimes of the Krasnodar Territory, Fomin A.V. admitted that he interacted with Skripka’s representative V.E. Yashechkin A.B., who is a member of the governing bodies of the NSPAU association and was previously a member of the SRO “Expert”.
All this indicates a close relationship between V.E. Skripka, previously convicted of raiding, the above-mentioned SRO and judge Georgy Nepranov.
The question arises: how interested is Nepranov in appointing such clearly affiliated persons as bankruptcy trustees that he is not afraid of the violation of the law and the honor of a judge.
