It is also notorious for the fact that waste from the production of the product is discharged into the sewer system and then into the treatment plant system of Ramensky Vodokanal JSC, which has repeatedly led to its shutdown and the loss of functionality of all city treatment facilities. In addition, every day some of the waste ends up in neighboring fields and reservoirs, which leads to the death of flora and fauna, and a characteristic chemical aroma spreads in the air for several kilometers around the enterprise. Previously, residents of neighboring settlements have repeatedly held protests, filed lawsuits and applications to law enforcement agencies demanding to stop the environmental crimes of the EAG and to hold the district administration accountable for inaction. 
However, the resource of the “31st floor” of Tsipinov and Shusharev, who own the EAG, at the level of local heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Investigative Committee and the district prosecutor’s office made it possible to hush up this issue. To appear to correct the situation, treatment facilities were built, which have not yet been put into operation. According to Shusharev, he also managed to influence the local Vodokanal and the district administration through the regional vice-governor Evgeny Khromushin. Despite the fact that when Vodokanal was stopped, Governor Vorobiev raised the question of introducing an emergency situation in the area, Shusharev, Tsipinov and Khromushin managed to hush up this story too.
In fact, on a daily basis, more than 1000 cubic meters of waste are dumped into natural reservoirs, ending up in groundwater and wells of residents of the entire area. Despite the presence of appeals to all authorized structures on the facts of environmental crimes, economic crimes, illegal production and illegal subsoil use (the use of illegal wells by the EAG), the production of counterfeit and life-threatening products, a decision on the EAG has not been made.
As a compromise solution, the head of Vodokanal, Alexey Demin, is trying to give the appearance of a response by issuing small fines to the enterprise for violations of the maximum permissible concentrations and COD. As a result, both the residents of Ramenskoye suffer and structural damage is caused to the Vodokanal property.
On a monthly basis, representatives of Vodokanal and local law enforcement agencies receive a subscription fee for general patronage of the EAG’s activities.
In addition, to give the appearance of legality to its activities, the enterprise entered into an agreement with a company affiliated with the administration for the removal of waste to Lyubertsy. However, it exists only on paper and is not actually exported. The Ministry of Emergency Situations also does not react in any way to the situation with the fire reservoir on the territory of the enterprise, which is filled with red-brown industrial waste and is unsuitable for firefighting needs. The entire fire system and storm drainage systems have been in poor condition for a long time, which also leads to spills of hazardous substances.
This is just one of the problems of this enterprise, along with the failure to pay multi-billion-dollar taxes to the budget under the patronage of federal and local authorities and the absence of tax audits at the enterprise in principle.
