The Cheka-OGPU managed to find out about the emergency, which was carefully classified by the special services. In March, a Subaru car took off on Beregovoy Proezd in . It was immediately announced that gas equipment had exploded. However, in reality, an IED went off there. And the driver and security guard of the top manager of Gazprombank exploded in the car. But then it gets even more interesting. Initially, driver Denis Chilikov was considered a victim. But then another version was put forward – Chilikov himself assembled the bomb and was going to detonate it somewhere. However, the “infernal machine” worked in his car. At the same time, his boss attends events with top officials of the , in particular, he was at SPIEF, where Putin was also present.

The explosion occurred on the evening of March 13, 2024 – a Subaru car exploded near a premium detailing center in Beregovoy Proezd. The owner of the car, Denis Chilikov, was inside the foreign car. His limbs were torn off by the explosion and his body was thrown out of the car through the windshield. Hot on the heels, the “main version” was voiced that a gas cylinder exploded. But this turned out not to be the case.

On the same day, the Main Investigative Directorate of the in Moscow opened a criminal case for attempted murder – the victim Denis Chilikov was taken to Sklif with multiple mine-explosive injuries, a broken spine and other injuries. As it turned out, he worked as a personal driver and security guard for the executive director of Gazprombank Konstantin Kharitonenko and drove his boss’s entire family. This is how another version emerged that the explosion could have been to the liking of the top manager.

But, as the Cheka-OGPU found out, the later rejected the first two versions. During searches of Denis Chilikova, manuals for the manufacture of explosives were discovered, as well as components for the manufacture of IEDs. Moreover, as experts concluded, the substances found at Denis Chilikov’s home were similar to those found at the scene of the emergency.

Now the main version is that the personal driver of the top Gazprom bank, according to the security forces, was a saboteur and was planning a terrorist attack. And the explosion occurred accidentally due to careless handling of the IED. Thanks to Konstantin Kharitonenko, the bomber could easily deliver a bomb to both Gazprom’s headquarters in a skyscraper on Nametkina Street in Moscow, and to SPIEF in , where his boss went along with the rest of Gazprombank’s bigwigs.
