Putin arrived from his Valadai residence at the ceremonial event marking the commissioning of the final section of M 11 Neva. According to sources of the Cheka-OGPU, after attending the Marine Parade in his native St. Petersburg, Putin will again return to his official residence “Dinner” (Valdai), where he will spend his summer holidays. The President was forced to exchange his usual vacation on the sea coast in Sochi for swimming in fresh lakes. The Russian Ministry of Defense was unable to ensure one hundred percent security on the Black Sea coast even for the sake of one important person.
The Cheka-OGPU has already written about the transfer of an entire division of Pantsir S1 complexes from the Leningrad region to the Valdai residence, and recently, with the help of satellite images, several stationary Pantsir posts were discovered deployed right next to Putin’s dacha in Valdai. In general, according to our sources, Vladimir Putin really loves the Valdai open spaces and he spent most of the pandemic here. During the time that Putin is president or prime minister, the modest Stalinist dacha, built back in 1934, has turned into a whole state within a state. Now it has its own airfield capable of receiving the Il 96, its own station at which an armored train arrives, and the Neva highway is also nearby. Plus, the territory of Stalin’s dacha was replenished with the territories of a former sanatorium and pioneer camp, where a huge number of ultra-modern buildings appeared. 
In addition to mobile and stationary shells, the residence on Valdai is covered by several deployed S400 and S300 divisions and Tor M1 complexes. The military base of the Aerospace Forces in Khotilovo is equipped with modern SU 35 and even MiG 31, which guard the sky above the residence, in general, a fly will not miss.
