The Cheka-OGPU talks about another huge scandal in Russian Railways, this time in the Department of Security and
Ryazan distance path of the Moscow Directorate of Infrastructure. A fabulous event took place in the structural unit of the Central Directorate of Infrastructure, a branch of Russian Railways: in the city of Skopin, Ryazan Region, a 60-ton railway bridge was stolen!

None of the railway employees, of course, noticed this loss. Human rights activist Svetlana Konovalova spoke about the theft of the bridge. She turned to the head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, with a request to find and punish those who cut down the bridge and sold it for scrap. Parts of the bridge were found at metal collection points in Ryazan.

While law enforcement agencies are looking for the kidnappers, everything is calm in the Russian Railways society itself, according to a source from the Cheka-OGPU. Emergency situations of an unprecedented scale are perceived with humor and they even joke that with this approach even the railway could be stolen from railway workers. The responsible persons, according to the order, are: Head of the Department for Management of Subsidiaries and Dependent Companies Vera Evsegneeva and Head of the Center for Corporate Management of the Suburban Complex Aleksey Belyankin, who are obliged to bring the Regulations approved by this order to the attention of the subsidiaries and dependent companies of JSC Russian Railways.

But bad luck, as the Cheka-OGPU already reported, Alexey Belyankin was placed in a pre-trial detention center. As for Vera Evsegneeva, where is she (a member of the board of directors), and where is the security. In reality, the money for security is supervised by the Security Department, which for some reason takes such a passive position that it lets the theft of a 60-ton bridge pass by.
