As we found out, the emergency was preceded by another conflict. In the suburb of Shchelkovo, motorists quarreled among themselves because of which the road was even blocked. The passenger of the ill-fated bus also came out onto the roadway to find out what was going on. A fight broke out on the roadway, during which one of the participants in the conflict, a native of Chechnya, was hit in the face. The victim called his fellow countrymen for help, and the Chechens in two cars (one of which was the same Infiniti that the Cheka-OGPU had previously written about) set off in pursuit of the offender. At this point, the testimonies of the defendants differ. 
As the Chechens later said during interrogation (three of them were detained and on Monday the investigation will petition for their arrest), the bus passenger is allegedly the very instigator of the fight that happened earlier. The passenger himself (most likely he will be recognized as a victim) confirms the fact that a conflict took place, but denies that he hit someone in the face. According to him, the Chechens could have confused him with another motorist, who, like him, was wearing a white shirt and went out onto the road during the first scuffle.
In addition to the male passenger, two more minor passengers were injured as a result of the actions of the Chechens. This is what the witnesses who were in the salon during the attack said during interrogations. Hooligans driving an Infiniti cut off the bus and forced the driver to stop. Through the driver’s window they shouted to the passenger that they would “bury him.” At some point, a child on the bus shouted, “Gun.” The driver saw in the rearview mirror that one of the attackers had a gun and the other had a knife. He sharply pressed the gas, the bus started moving, and the Chechens broke the side window with their weapons. As a result, girls aged 15 and 6 years old were injured: shards of glass cut one hand and hit the other in the eye. All this was recorded and the materials were transferred to the Investigative Committee.
As one of the detained Chechens explained, he works as a personal driver for a businessman, and the Infinity is a company car. The other two are not officially employed. According to information from data leaks, the foreign car belongs to a native of the Ivanovo region, Evgeniy Khrapov. Officially, he is the founder of two companies that repair computers and electronics. Services with similar names have numerous reviews that “masters” scam clients out of money by writing huge checks. The businessman has a lot of penalties and enforcement proceedings in the FSSP, including for unpaid fines.
