On September 11, the leadership of the Main Directorate for Migration Issues (GUVM) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia hospitably celebrated the day of the units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on migration issues. The -OGPU had at its disposal a memorable photo of the festive banquet. It depicts all the main culprits of the current difficult migration situation in our country. In the center of the photo, the well-fed and intoxicated ex-head of the Federal Migration Service Konstantin Romodanovsky, his son is now under arrest in a pre-trial detention center for extorting bribes. Next to him in pink is Konstantin Olegovich’s former deputy and part-time close friend Ekaterina Egorova, who currently heads the legal department in the Federation Council, although by education she studied legal sciences in absentia and very conditionally. On the other hand, Elena Radochina, now an official of the Presidential Administration, and before that she was in charge of the registration of Russian citizens and the compilation of “correct” lists of Russian citizens for presidential and parliamentary elections at the FMS passport and visa service; before that, she worked as a guard in a children’s colony. And then the hostess of the banquet is the current head of the Main Directorate, Valentina Kazakova, for whom, apparently, this is a farewell banquet, not so long ago for a corruption scandal in Kazakova’s native Tula, Minister Kolokoltsev slapped Valentina Lvovna with incomplete official compliance. And this is the last Chinese warning. Looking out from behind the general’s back is the former head of the FMS department for the region, Oleg Molodeevsky, now he heads the Federal State Unitary Enterprise of the Passport and Visa Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where he sells passports, residence permits and patents quite officially, and he paid for this celebration. And standing next to him is the ex-deputy of the Federal Migration Service Vokhmintsev, who became famous for a bunch of criminal cases involving abuses in government procurement and the supply of stewed pork for Chechen migrants.
