Looking out from behind the general’s back is the former head of the FMS department for the Moscow region, Oleg Molodeevsky, now he heads the Federal State Unitary Enterprise of the Passport and Visa Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where he sells passports, residence permits and patents quite officially, and he paid for this celebration. And standing next to him is the ex-deputy of the Federal Migration Service Vokhmintsev, who became famous for a bunch of criminal cases involving abuses in government procurement and the supply of stewed pork for Chechen migrants.
