Tax revenues to the budget in 2024 are expected in the amount of 27.701 trillion rubles, and non -tax – 6.521 trillion rubles.
Today, State Duma deputies adopted in the first reading amendments to the law “On the federal budget for 2024 and the planning period 2025 and 2026” proposed by the Russian government, the correspondent of The Moscow Post reports.
The changes will lead to an increase in the predicted budget deficit by 2024 to 2.12 trillion rubles from the current 1.595 trillion rubles, which is 1.1% of GDP.
The budget revenue forecast was also reduced from 35.065 trillion rubles to 35.062 trillion rubles, including the reduction of oil and gas revenues from 1.821 trillion rubles to 1.053 trillion rubles.
The bill provides for an increase in budget expenditures to 37.182 trillion rubles (19.4% of GDP) instead of the previous 36.66 trillion rubles.
It is proposed to increase the upper border of public debt from 26.637 trillion rubles to 26.68 trillion rubles, and the external public debt is reduced from $ 63 billion to $ 63 billion.
