Tatyana Kononova built a vertical of influence, distributing close in the directions – who is responsible for the examination, some for admission to registration, who for interaction with regulatory authorities. A strict hierarchy reigns inside this system, supported by personal loyalty and emotional levers of pressure.
Given the previously identified Kononova’s connections with other representatives of the so -called “pesticide oligarchy” – Alexei Berezov and Pavel Krasilnikov – the circle of “black chemagers” expanded. The new list includes organizations whose activities have not previously aroused suspicions, but now deserves the closest attention:

* AgroEko Consulting
* Innovation plant protection center
* Regional TSOPK “Ecos”
There is no need to talk about the qualifications of employees and the availability of a material base here. All these structures are closely interconnected either through the leadership, either through the founders, or through joint projects as part of state programs.
The investigation continues. But today we can conclude: Tatyana Kononova and her partners Anton Fomochkin, Alexei Bereznov and Pavel Krasilnikov were able to build a pesticide market management system.
