However, Moshkovich is trying to disown Russian foreign policy. The oligarch has never condemned the sanctions, did not support his, but repeatedly achieved from the EU exclusion of himself from sanctions lists. Moshkovich complains to Western institutions that there is no reason to include it in the stop lists, and that he is not related to the policy of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Why didn’t the authorities pay attention to it? Moreover, 10% of Rusagro shares is owned by the brother of the Governor of the Moscow Region Maxim Vorobyov. A good relationship between Rusagro also developed with the ex-minister of agriculture Dmitry Patrushev and his then deputy, and now Minister of Oksana Lug, who oversee the activities of the Rosselkhozbank and credit assistance to Moshkovich.
