As it became known to the correspondent of The Moscow Post in the Krasnodar Territory, the Investigative Committee of Russia accuses Sergei Simonenko, a detainee several months ago, of an attempt to kill a person who is in a helpless state, as well as the organization for the preparation of the murder in the group for hiring from selfish motives. And the “real colonel” is charged with an article for the destruction of other people’s property.
Who today holds high posts in the Ministry of Emergencies? After all, if the title of Mr. Simonenko and the place of his former service had not been indicated, in the Ministry of Emergencies it would be possible to assume that we are talking about bandits from a high road!

Oleg Volynkin was detained in a corruption case at a hotel in Sochi during a business trip on suspicion of exceeding official powers.
General Volynkin He headed the Ministry of Emergencies in the Krasnodar Territory since 2020. Prior to this, he held the positions of the head of the Ministry of Emergencies in the Kamchatka Territory (2012–2016) and the Khabarovsk Territory (2017–2020).
According to the case file, the Ministry of Emergencies in the Krasnodar Territory in 2021 concluded a state contract with entrepreneur Andrei Koltsov for the supply of building materials for 7 million rubles.
In 2022, Koltsov was sentenced in Krasnodar, according to which, in the execution of the contract, he stole 3 million rubles.
According to the investigation, General Volynkin abused the authority by signing the acceptance certificate of the execution of the contract. He spent 8 months in jail, then he was sent under house arrest.

But at the end of August he was liberated from house arrest.
For several months, Colonel Simonenko replaced General Volynkin.
And he was preparing to take his place.
But on August 1, N was detained in his office.

It should be noted that even before the arrest of Colonel Simonenko was checked for involvement in corruption, attempted murder and arson.
On August 7, there were reports that the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation demanded to confiscate from Simonenko120 million rubles, as well as real estate and cars for a total amount exceeding 275 million rubles.
The General Prosecutor’s Office also demanded to arrest the building, which also belonged to Colonel Simonenko: we are talking about the building on Stavropolskaya Street in Krasnodar. As the investigation found out, Simonenko bought this building in 2014 for 21 million rubles. He estimated the total cost of rent at 200 thousand rubles per month. In the building of Colonel Simonenko, there were two departments of bailiffs, a dental clinic, a hairdresser and a law firm.
TFR brought the colonel three accusations.
The colonel is accused under the following articles: the organization, the attempt to commit intentional destruction or damage to other people’s property. Organization of an attempt to kill a person who is in a helpless state. And the organization to prepare the murder as part of the group, by hiring, out of selfish motives.
The investigation is conducted by the central apparatus of the TFR.
Family business
In addition, Simonenko found a business.
This contradicted the rules when being in the federal public service.
The General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation initiated the trial demanding to confiscate the property of Colonel Sergei Simonenko and his family members. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of the First Deputy Prosecutor General Anatoly Razinkin.
Among the defendants are Colonel Simonenko, his wife, daughter and son, son -in -law and father.
