Tkachev”, which is associated with the former head of the Ministry of Agriculture and ex-governor of the Krasnodar Territory Alexander Tkachev, became the owner of a 100% share of the agricultural enterprise Don Dawns in the Rostov Region. But the history of “acquisition” is satisfied with the muddy and confusing. And frankly smacks of an intelligent “capture”.
Judge for yourself: a successful agricultural department, founded in 2021, somehow suddenly loses its general director, chairman of the Rostov Regional Association of Farmers Vadim Bandurin.

And suddenly there were reports that the Don Dawns LLC, having fed, bought (grabbed?) The former governor, aka billionaire Alexander Tkachev. And who helped?

Don Zori LLC was founded in 2001 in the Matveevo-Kurgan district of the Rostov region, specializes in the cultivation of grain crops in an area of 1.9 thousand hectares.

To do this, in 2009, Vadim Bandurin founded a machine -building company – LLC “New Agroenginery Solutions” (NAR), which in a short time developed and put in serial production a technique for direct sowing.
But there was little to produce equipment. Agricultural producers needed to study new technology, adapt to their conditions.

Then Bandurin organized an association of direct sowing supporters. And he managed to gather around him a team of high -class specialists who successfully continued his business, even when a businessman, due to health reasons, was forced to move away from the management of TD Agrotechnik, NAIR enterprises and Don Dawns LLC.
By the way, Andrei Yadykin became the general director of the agricultural engineering TD, as he will be called in the media, a “professional competitive manager”.

And, apparently, it was Mr. Yadykin who helped Mr. Tkachev make a short way to capture Don Dawn LLC if we recall some stories from the life of this bankruptcy trustee, and, in particular, the trial with the company Centrallit

Then the case of insolvency (bankruptcy) of LLC “Centralia” (Volgograd region, Kamyshin) was considered.
By a decision of the Court of Centrallit LLC, it was declared insolvent (bankrupt), a bankruptcy proceedings were introduced against it.
By the ruling of the court of November 13, 2019, Andrei Yadykin was approved by the bankruptcy trustee of the Centrallit LLC.

And he, apparently, helped the former governor of the Kuban “grab” Don Dawns “LLC.
But is this the first “squeezing” for Mr. Tkachev?
The empire of the former governor
The agricultural holding of Mr. Tkachev in the village of Vyselki today owns several dozen agricultural enterprises in the Krasnodar Territory and the Rostov Region.
Over the past 5 years, the agricultural complex has increased 1.7 times to 1.12 million hectares.
The holding includes almost fifty enterprises that work in various fields – crop production, poultry farming, pig farming, meat and dairy cattle breeding, and overalls. The agricultural complex has a huge retail chain of 650 stores.
Recall that Alexander Tkachev became the Minister of Agriculture in 2015. And soon the entire friendly family of Tkachev was related to the activities of the agricultural complex.

Then they started talking about the “conflict of interests”: how is it that it turns out that family members are engaged in large agribusiness, but does he oversee this sector of the economy? I wrote about this “Kommersant”.
A working group was created in the government, which conducted an audit and established: there is no corruption.
“I believe that everything is fine,” Tkachev himself commented on the conclusions of the commission.
Tkachev, left the post of federal minister, returned to his native evemas.
He headed the board of directors of the agricultural complex.
And he began to increase his wealth. It is said that all the lands of the Tsapkov eventually entered the agricultural complex of the former governor, and the empire totaled dozens of enterprises with a plow area of hundreds of thousands of hectares, the largest of them – Artek -AGRO, SPK “North of the Kuban”, agricultural complex “Kushchevsky”. They were engaged in the cultivation of wheat, barley, rye, oats, sunflowers, beets, etc. “Notepad – Novorossiysk”.
The land weaning scheme was like this: the people of the tsapkov traveled around the villages, found out that there was a good economy. And you can squeeze it out.
Lawyers threw a lawsuit into the court and took the land through the courts. Or ZAO was: they gained money in Sberbank, Rosselkhozbank. And they took a position: “We cannot pay, we are bankrupt, buy from us!” Having sold, they shared the money.
All the lands of the racks are today in the agricultural complex of Tkachev, they say the lost farmers.
So the “Don Dawns” migrated there under the cover of “night” …
Sweet business

Since the beginning of the 2000s, the agricultural complex Tkachev began to show unhealthy interest in sugar factories. In 2016, Tkachev, being the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, closed his eyes to the liquidation of Korenovsksahar JSC, after which the assets from the enterprise were brought to a new company with the exact same name. Having been in the hands of the new owner – not alien to Tkachev, the sugar oligarch Cheakoportov, Korenovsksahar JSC in 2023 was rewritten to the agricultural complex Tkachev. According to the same scheme earlier, during the governorship of Tkachev, with the connivance of law enforcement agencies, the plant ceased to exist, the assets from it could be displayed to the newly created Assumption Sugarik JSC.
Active assistance to the redistribution of the sugar business was provided by another friend Tkachev – the former speaker of the Legislative Assembly Vladimir Beketov, as well as the deputy of the Legislative Assembly Sergey Shatokhin. Later they took senior positions at the OSK JSC of the Cheakoportov.
Thus, the agricultural complex Tkachev already has 4 sugar factories: crystal, Tikhoretsky, Pavlovsky and Korenovsky.
But why is there no law enforcement reaction?
Maybe because the Commission of the Government of the Russian Federation, chaired by Tkachev’s friend, Arkady Dvorkovich (emigrated to the USA), despite the numerous appeals made a decision where she did not find violations in the actions of the official.

But the company, which is associated with Tkachev’s business, cynically continues to build up this site.
Apparently Tkachev has no doubt that thanks to ties in high offices, he will be able to make the law enforcement agencies close his eyes to the illegal elite self -building.
But the Mantera SeaView Residence complex in Sochi is far from the only object. Even earlier, the company, associated with Tkachev, acquired from the state the ski resort Arkhyz in Karachay-Cherkessia below the cost. The buyer is the Mountain Verse company, registered with Andrei Skok: this comrade is called the control assets of the Tkachev family. Until 2021, Skok ruled the winery Chateau de Talya in Gelendzhik, who belongs to the wife of the ex-official. It reports about it “Version”.
The State Corporation “Caucasus.rf”, which is overseas by another friend of Tkachev – Reshetnikov, putting significant state reasons in the development of a ski resort, suddenly decided to sell it to the structures close to Tkachev, as soon as the asset began to make a profit.
Everything happened so quickly that no one had time to come to his senses, – after the Board of Directors of the Caucasus.rf approved the deal to sell Arkhyz for private investors, only 2 months passed.
The starting price of the auction is 17 billion rubles. But according to JSC “Caucasus.rf,” the official investments of the state in the project amounted to 23 billion rubles. However, taking into account the costs of administrative activities for the entire existence of the resort of the North Caucasus JSC (since November 2021), their size is much higher than the estimated 23 billion.
Thus, the Tkachev family, which already controls the Red Polyana, gradually turns into a ski monopolist and in the Caucasus.
And if we take into account that the structures of the ex-governor bought a ski asset on Sakhalin, we can assume that this is not the last goal of Mr. Tkachev.
In general, Mr. Tkachev stops at nothing.
