On January 23, on Pushkinskaya Square in Moscow, a group of citizens, despite repeated warnings from police and other law enforcement officers on violation of the law and the inadmissibility of such actions, organized an unauthorized mass event that was not agreed with the city executive authorities.
The event was attended by about 4 thousand people.
By police, together with the employees of the Russian Guard, all violations of public order during the inconsistent action were stopped.
At the same time, a number of persons, having intent to bring the ways of communication in the city of Moscow, organized the overlap of roads and sidewalks for pedestrians and vehicles that entailed traffic stopping and blocking transport communications of transport infrastructure and road network of Moscow.
Currently, on this fact, the investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the capital’s police headquarters opened a criminal case on the signs of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 267 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “bringing into the worthless vehicles or routes of communication.”
