The Governor of the Ryazan Region Nikolai Lyubimov signed the Decree “On the dismissal of the vice-governor of the Ryazan region Igor Grekov”. At the same time, the powers of advisers to the vice-governor of the Ryazan region were terminated on a voluntary basis-Arnold Borisovich Grynin and Vladimir Mikhailovich Artsybashev.
The Investigative Committee has already opened production on various episodes related to Grekov’s illegal actions as vice-governor. Following the revelations of criminal accomplices from the Rostov Selmash brigade, local offended businessmen of the construction complex of the Ryazan region began to testify.
The entire Rostov team from the environment of Grekov is actively developed. The Investigative Committee considers the issues of initiating several more cases regarding the adviser to Grekov-Mikhail Artsybashev, Vice-mayor of Ryazan Vladimir Burmistrov, the leadership of the capital repair fund of the region and the main contractor for all the works of the RSU fund No. 1.
At the same time, the governor of the region Nikolai Lyubimov remains in the post for another month or two. The name of his replacement has not yet been determined.
Decisions on the future fate of the governor have not yet been made. After the memorable conference of Vladimir Putin, they were expected from Lyubimov’s operational correct personnel decisions regarding Grekov and the Rostov team, but he didn’t follow the resignation of Vice for distrust, but even Grekov’s statements at their own free will, the administration made their conclusions.
