However, the corrupt official of Aksenov “did not see” nothing criminal in the ruin of natural wealth. He advised supervisory services not to appeal to Rosnedra (as it should be according to the law), but immediately to the court, and there to prove that Kuchukskhufat, through predatory production, destroyed the ecosystem at once, almost dried up Altai lakes – Kuchuksky, Kulundinsky and nitrate. In the meantime, the court and the case (the defendant can delay the process for years), tens of millions of dollars from illegal subsoil use will continue to replenish foreign accounts. Nevertheless, there is hope: in connection with the latest requirements of President Vladimir Putin to decriminal use in Russia, as well as indicative processes over Norilsk Nickel and Bashkir Soda Company. The trial of the Kuchukusfat may not go long – and endlessly end for all its owners. Especially for the head of Rosnedr Sergey Aksenov, “on the tail” of which the vigilant FSB has been sitting far from the first year.
