IK-2 operates the educational and consulting point. In addition, convicts have the opportunity to remotely receive higher and secondary vocational education on a paid basis.
There are an Orthodox temple in honor of the great -miners and confessors of Russian, a prayer room for Muslims.
To organize and conduct educational work with convicts in the institution, there is a club, a library, sports grounds and rooms of educational work. With the aim of legal education of convicts and assisting them in preparation for release in the institution, a sensory information and legal terminal was established.
In March 2018, a complex was opened on the territory of the institution to provide dates for convicts with relatives.
The new three -story CDS building has 34 rooms for long -term dates, and 7 of them are designed for families with children: children’s furniture are additionally installed here. On the 3rd floor, a game room is equipped. For those who come on a date, the convicts have everything necessary. Each room has a toilet and shower, a TV is installed. On the 2nd floor, in the common kitchen, you can prepare dishes from products brought with you. For their storage, several refrigerators are provided.
As part of the implementation of the “road map” to create a barrier-free environment for people with disabilities, one of the rooms on the 1st floor is equipped taking into account the needs of the disabled. Instead of a shower, a bath is provided here, doorways are enlarged.
In the new complex, there are separately located premises for short -term dates with 9 cabins and internal phones.
