It’s strange somehow to even write about it and imagine that there are places of work today, where you can thump with impunity. It turns out that you can and there are such places. And this is the problem of not workers, they drink where there is no discipline and the managers allow it to do this. It turns out that today any five or stall at the house is controlled better than the hospital and in general the entire medical industry, since such cases happen in different hospitals. That is, the director of Pyaterochka can configure discipline, but the head doctor – no. And this is a star.
The second, in addition to the elementary discipline, is a question in general of the psychological adequacy of a person of the profession. But is one of the managers in health care is interested in the psychological state of his subordinates? Does someone test during admission and during labor?
