The chairman of the Promsvyazbank (PSB) Peter Fradkov plans to go to a new position to the government. Sources close to the AP believe that he will take a place that fell out of disgrace, the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov. Earlier, a candidate for the ministry was called the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Gleb Nikitin (Creator Manturov). But it seems that this transfer will not take place: Nikitin has already entered the center of the scandal associated with the theft of budget funds through the Nizhny Novgorod Vodokanal by contracting organizations of Rostec. It is still not clear which of the deputy governor will join the gender of Vodokanal Nikolai Nikolyuk.
Peter Fradkov, of course, has no problems of such a level as in the coupling of Manturi-Khnikitin, but not everything is smooth in his kingdom either. In Promsvyazbank, which all this time focused on managing the budgets of law enforcement agencies, during the leadership of Fradkov and his team a large number of tasks have accumulated from VEB. Now the transitional team will have to decide who will remain on the farm in order to return incomplete business – many of which are quite worthy of the attention of law enforcement officers. That is why a nervous situation was established in the bank’s team: either you stay and are responsible for the jambs, or you move together with the chief to the ministerial office.
