The details of the excitation of the Ryazan prosecutor’s office became known.
The head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Ryazan Region Gennady Schmidt took office thanks to the patronage of the vice-governor Igor Grekov. At the direction of the local Resolu, Alexei Kirillin, known in certain circles nicknamed “Okhkarik”, $ 3 million was deposited for him.

Until recently, a large Criminal Code of the City Council worked in Ryazan, whose co-owner is someone Alexander Kulaev, an ex-employee of the “sixth department” of the region’s Internal Affairs Directorate. For Klimkin, it became a “business of honor” to humiliate the former cop.
The developed scheme functioned simply. Documents were submitted to the GZHs on the allegedly conducted general meetings of the owners – people want to move from the Criminal Code of Kulaev to the Criminal Code controlled by Klimkin. The protocol of the general meeting and signatures in it were faked. Schmidt and his lawyer Sokolov closed his eyes to these “pranks”. Then an order was issued. Everything – the house is controlled by the Criminal Code of Klimkin.
The last straw for prosecutors was the story around the specialized organization “Rosa” to replace and operate elevators. With the support of the ex -assistant of Grekov – Vladimir Artsybashev (Klimkina’s sister, his wife), about 800 Ryazan elevators from time -tested firms turned to the “order” of Klimkin.
Artsybashev personally collected the leaders of the Criminal Code and actually forced to re -register contracts for servicing elevators in favor of “dew”.
