Details of the criminal case of the Deputy Head of the Department of Economic Policy and Development of Moscow Leonid Kostroma, Deputy Director of the GBU Gaui Dmitry Roslavtsev and the head of the organizational and planning department of the GBU Mikhail Samolov, became known.

All three from November 2019 to February 2020 demanded money from the general director of the International Agency of Congress Services LLC Svetlana Plieva. The fact is that at the end of 2020, two contracts for the provision of information-analytical and organizational support of investment activities throughout 2020, worth 49.4 million rubles were concluded between the Department of Economic Policy and Mrs. Plieva. and 31.8 million rubles.

According to the investigation, officials hoped to receive a bribe for assisting the entrepreneur in signing by members of the selection committee, which included Kostroma, Roslavtsev and Samylov, acts of acceptance of work under contracts and their payment of GAUI GBU, as well as for concluding agreements with those organizations that will be recommended in the future

The investigation established that from February 2020 to the end of March 2021, gentlemen of Roslavtsev and Samylov repeatedly during meetings with an entrepreneur in his office on New Arbat, 11 million rubles for the first contract for another 5.7 million rubles.

The woman agreed, and from February 2020 to March 2021 transferred at the office on New Arbat Mikhail Samyolov and Dmitry Roslavtsev, a total of 16.6 million rubles. However, the requirement of officials to pay the missing amount forced the general director of the International Agency for Congress Services Svetlana Plieva to apply to law enforcement agencies with a statement of extortion, and therefore the entire further negotiation process for the transfer of money to officials was already under the control of operationivals of the Federal Penitentiary Service of the FSB in Moscow and the Moscow Region.
