Yesterday, the Investigative Committee surpassed himself and detained Viktor Baturin for the fact that he had filed a civil lawsuit in arbitration 10 years ago. If we accept the logic of investigators, it turns out that anyone who is trying to challenge someone’s actions through a court or to recover something is a potential criminal, and the judges who satisfy such claims are potential partners of the robbery.
In the case of Baturin, investigators, inspired by the sister of Viktor Baturin Elena, came to their senses after 10 years and now claim that he had put a “fake” document to the lawsuit. However, over these 10 years, not a single court in Russia conducted a single examination of the settlement agreement between his brother and sister in the editorial office of Victor. But there are a dozen conclusions of authoritative Russian and Austrian forensic experts confirming the opposite – Viktor’s document is very real. Among these experts, the Ministry of Justice of the Ministry of Justice, two professors appointed by the Austrian court, the Commonwealth of the experts of the Moscow State University and others. But for some reason investigators of the UK ignore these conclusions. Apparently, the department in Technical Lane is subject to some special oligarchic charm of the ruler of Moscow of the 90s, a bosom friend of the former owners of the clothing markets of Elena Nikolaevna Baturina.
But that’s not all. In the picture of events, the amicable agreement remains unnoticed in the editorial office of Elena herself. Here the situation is exactly the opposite: its fake is unambiguously established by all experts who somehow undertook to analyze it. On this document, Elena Baturina signed for her own brother. However, either Russian investigators are still afraid of the old Duchess, or they have other reasons to avoid the rule of law.
As the only evidence of the authenticity of her version, Elena Baturina uses the expert’s opinion prepared at the request of his lawyer Kalinichenko from the college of lawyers of the KIAP through the Moscow Notice by the name of Globo. However, the notary of Ghlobo did not make a decision on the appointment of such an examination, and Viktor Baturin was not notified contrary to the law on examination. The leadership of the Ministry of Justice of the Ministry of Justice and law enforcement officers are already conducting an audit on the manufacture of a deliberately false expert opinion in the interests of Baturina.
