Investigative actions are ongoing against members of the transport group Rodionov-Verevich-Sizov-Lizin, who stole billions living in mansions moving on Rolls-Royas. This time it became known that they “entered” the State Unitary Enterprise “Passengravtotrans” no less well-known than they themselves are the IT company “Redsis”.

“Edsis” is better known for being one of the “beloved wives” of the PFR of the Russian Federation, Moscow City Hall, and the Moscow Information Technology Committee. As a result of this “love”, the company received contracts for many billions of rubles in a very short time. And now, at the moment, it has become known about the “jambs” of the Redsis in St. Petersburg. And the matter here is not only in the tax arrears and covering from the state more than 40 million rubles. In 2018, Redsis receives a contract for the modernization of technical means of the State Unitary Enterprise “Passengravtotrans”. And again the transport sector of the region is at risk. And although the contract was not for such a large amount (only 83,509,285, 39 rubles)-it was enough to “pour out” to the next, larger contract for any of the other companies of the Rodion-Verevich-Sizov-Lizin transport group.

And then everything according to the old scheme is their own “piece of pie”, they, of course, received. Part at once, part gradually, because things in the company were not so good. As a result, electrical work related to the installation of devices were carried out in a violation of the deadlines, a reduction in the initially declared volumes. A delay in the execution by the supplier of obligations stipulated by the contract was accrued. It should be noted that the modernization of technical means was provided for in two addresses: St. Petersburg, the embankment of the Obvodny Canal, D.36 and Polyustrovsky pr. D. 39. Needless to say that once again the company, which came from the patronage of the gentlemen Rodionov-Verevich-Sizov-Lizin, installed equipment that does not work, and completed the electrical work in such a way that the result does not smell there.

And the money again “drank” the gentlemen, responsible for the transport sphere of the region. By the way, Redsis is now in the stage of bankruptcy, its only founder is currently Cyprus offshore. It seems that there are many more participants in the Rodionov-Verevich-Sizov-Lizin transport group and the “guys from one yard” really clean the ends for the speedy shoot until the ring of investigative bodies closed at all.
