This advice was formed in April 2016, as an advisory body, whose decisions are advisory. It was proclaimed that the council was created for open discussion, exchange of views and the development of uniform approaches on coordination and improvement of activities, as well as the use of practical experience of the investigative authorities. That is, it was assumed that at this council the heads of territorial investigative bodies will inform the leadership of the UK by a “voice of the people” about existing problems and offer some ways to solve their solutions. The council was supposed to sit at least once a quarter. In general, a sort of feedback with the “Earth” and an attempt to play democracy.
The Council of Heads of the Investigative bodies really held several meetings, the last of which, judging by official figures, took place in November 2017. After that, the traces of this council on official resources of the SK are lost. Apparently, this is where the chairman’s interest in listening to the opinions of subordinates is finally dried up. As they say, they played democracy, and enough, now in fashion peremptory hanging labels at meetings in video conference mode. And there was only a situation from the Council of the heads of the investigative authorities, still dangling on the official website of the department.
