The basic structure of the Belarusian transit was the Bank of the Creditpex Bank. The president of the bank was densely connected with Belarus Dmitry Katay. The bank’s shareholders were Prominvestbank of Ukraine, Belpromstroybank and the Ukrsotsbank battery. The real owner of the creditpex was Alexei Kulikov, the best friend of the head of the banking department of the Office to the FSB Dmitry Frolov.
Kulikov worked closely with the operatives. The large and regular client of Kulikov and Frolov Mikhail Gutseriev, as in the case of landromat, was one of the main users of the Belarusian transit.
