NKK shareholders Leonid Goldenberg and Evgeny Lachkov abandoned their demands …

The shareholders of the NKK Leonid Goldenberg and Evgeny Lachkov abandoned their requirements for the Aquarius Group of Companies (part of the NKK) and Alexander Kalinin right in the courtroom on September 29. They did this as soon as the court declared his readiness to make the final decision on the case. So Goldenberg and Lachkov actually signed the unreasonableness of their claims, thereby confirming that an attempt to challenge the charter of the Aquarius Group and the powers of top managers are nothing more than a farce.

However, on this Goldenberg, Lachkov and Frolov did not calm down and now they are betting on another exactly the same lawsuit – this time already on behalf of the NKK. It is difficult to keep track of logic here: the claims in the lawsuit are the same, the limitation period for the NKK has passed. What they count on is incomprehensible. Perhaps their goal is the next tightening of the unpromising process, which, obviously, will end with exactly the same farce.

Recall that the corporate conflict around the NKK has erupted in the spring: having learned that Goldenberg and Glachkov want to sell 100% of the NKK shares to a third-party investor-competitor Frolov, the third shareholder, Alexander Kalinin, who belongs to 33%, refused to and wanted to redeem the share of his partners. Kalinin has a predominant right for this. And for almost half a year, Goldenberg, Lachkov and Frolov were awkwardly trying to squeeze the business from Kalinin: the FAS has already issued a warning to Frolov, banning 64% of the shares of the NKK from Goldenberg and Lachkov, and the appointment of Frolov with the top manager of the NKK is disputed in court.
