“I report that on August 2, S.G. at 3 hours 50 minutes. An unknown citizen was detained by an outfit during patrolling on Litein Prospekt at house No. 8, who was pretending to be passers -by and threw stones into passing cars. The detainee was intoxicated, behaved violently, accompanying his actions with obscene abuse. He did not have documents with him. In the duty unit of the police department, it was found that the detainee is a foreigner. With the help of the caused representative of the USSR Foreign Ministry in Leningrad, the identity of a foreigner was established. It seemed to them an employee of the Consulate General of the United States in Leningrad Ronald Campbell “

“August 4 S.G. The New York Times appeared in the newspaper News, which will be not possible to recognize our readers about.
