A criminal case has been opened under Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation Fraud, committed on an especially large scale. The list of participants is not finally formed.

From the materials of the case it is known that the company, from which the supplier purchased, ordered escalators in China Back in February 2021 and the Object Tolstopaltsevo was already indicated in the invoice !!!
The competition was declared 04/30/2021. That is, three months before the announcement of the auction, the escalators were already paid and intended for a particular object.
The original buyer (let’s call his company “A”) bought 2 escalators for 8.2 million rubles. At the same time, in the commercial offer of the same company “A”, taken by Russian Railways as the basis for the maximum purchase price, the price of 40 million rubles is indicated!
The winner of the auction was recognized as Komintek LLC, which was bought by escalators from “A”. Company “A” did not participate in the auction, but sold 2 escalators at the price of 30 million. Below its own commercial offer for 10 million!
Let me remind you that the initial purchase cost 8 million, Russian Railways spent 40 million state money on the same goods. How do you like this economy?
Yes, all participants are commercial companies that make profit, but 4 times Karl?! Would you like to make a profit of 30 million at a cost of 40 million?

Considering that this story and the prosecutor’s audit concerns the main office of Russian Railways, I think the need will soon appear to report this information to the FSB, including asking for physical protection.
