The Dossier Center has received another series of “temniks” about what needs to be said about the war in Ukraine. This time, the manuals are intended for officials and public figures, who are advised to use memes and viral content to glorify the heroism of the Russian military and convince Russians that the whole world is against them.
Judging by the metadata, the author of these manuals is Daria Lantratova, Andrei Turchak’s deputy in United Russia. It can be called the real heavy artillery in the information war.
Lantratova is 37 years old, her duties as Turchak’s deputy are formation of the party’s position on key socio-economic and socio-political issues. She has worked in the government press service since 2008 and rose to the high post of assistant to the Presidential Administration for Public Relations and Communications – this is division of the presidential administration.
From Lantratova’s social networks we can conclude that she loved vacationing in Europeand back in 2008 she took part in the international folk art show in Riga in national Latvian attire. The author of manuals on the war with the West prefers to travel by Mercedes-Benz GLA 200.
