The Federal Security Service of Russia for the Ivanovo region is investigating a criminal case under Part 4 of Art. 159
Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
During the investigation, information was received about the involvement of one of the heads of the Department of Health of the Ivanovo Region in the commission of this crime. On April 15, 2022, this official was detained.
Investigative actions and operational search activities are being carried out aimed at establishing criminal connections of the persons involved in the criminal case.
In January 2022, another senior employee of the Department of Health of the Ivanovo Region was detained as part of the criminal case under investigation.

On Friday morning, searches were carried out at the Department of Health and at the place of residence of the Deputy Governor of the Ivanovo Region, Arthur Fokin. The interrogation took place at the FSB Directorate for the Ivanovo Region.
