The company itself cannot build anything and concludes two contracts: Serpukhov – Energostroy LLC (A. Chaika) and with SOMR LLC (S. Sechin). The work was planned for the reconstruction and commissioning of boiler houses for November 2020. Subsequently, Gazprominvestgazification LLC transferred its side to Gazprom Teploenergo MO LLC. As a result of the replacement of the parties, “some” 300 million rubles were irretrievably lost.
And Trinoga and his friends purchase a 4-seater helicopter for their use. The concession has not yet been completed, the work has not been completed, Trinoga continues to pump money into these companies. In 2022, JSC Gazprom Teploenergo leaves the leadership of Gustov (Mezhregiongaz) and comes under the banner of Gazprom Energoholding (GEH). And here the security officers of the State Security Service take control – Dzhambulatov, Moiseenko, Erashov, Ivanov, Matyushkin – all former employees of the State Security Service and the PC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation from the time of General Sugrobov. They urgently replace workers in key places with their own – in security and procurement. Denis Fedorov (CEO General Director) gave all authority over cassation agreements, capital construction, repair programs, and MTS purchases to former employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
