The well-known Krasnodar decision maker Valentin Vasilchenko, hiding behind his lawyer status, should be awarded the title “unsinkable lawless man.” A participant in raider schemes, who even sent one of the high-ranking employees of the local FSB to jail, conquered new heights in his criminal lawyer schemes, and organized the kidnapping of a man who, on his instructions, was brought to a lawyer’s office, where he was tortured and demanded to repay a non-existent debt of 12 million rubles , after which Vasilchenko himself remained free, and again it seems he got away with it.

But first things first. At the end of March this year, relatives of Krasnodar businessman Alexander Kabatov contacted the police and reported that he had gone to a business meeting and disappeared. The operatives who began the investigation established that Kabatov was supposed to meet with his acquaintance, an ex-police officer who was fired for a bribe, Vasily Ashla.

As it turned out later, the former cop and his accomplices, having kidnapped Kabatov, after beating him, began to cut him with a knife, threatening to kill family members if the latter did not recognize the debt incurred in one of their criminal cash-out schemes. At the same time, as the victim later said, Ashla constantly called Vasilchenko, who led the entire process of abduction and torture.

All these “legal services” were provided to the victim in the office of lawyer Vasilchenko on Kirpichnaya Street, 12/3, where she decided, under the guise of her “lawyer” status, to usually engage in illegal financial cash transactions. The bandits forced the businessman to write a promissory note for 12 million rubles and draw up documents for an apartment in the center of Krasnodar for the racketeers. After this, the victim was released to look for money, and the businessman immediately contacted the police, who were already looking for him everywhere.

The butcher Ashla himself, who had not yet managed to wash off traces of blood on his clothes after torture, was taken by lawyer Vasilchenko in his Bentley Bentayga away from law enforcement officers to a secluded place – his apartment in Dubai, purchased with funds received from illegal financial transactions.

The ex-cop is currently wanted. By the way, the investigation has reason to believe that it was the lawyer with the status of a lawyer who is behind the racketeering and kidnapping, and the narrow-minded butcher Vasya Ashla is just a tool associated with Vasilchenko’s numerous companies, doing all the dirty work for him. As a result, the perpetrator escaped justice, and the person who ordered the kidnapping and torture walks free.

Now, perhaps, the main question is which of Vasilchenko’s patrons will come out of the shadows to begin to solve his problems, which will inevitably appear when the investigation establishes who exactly the victim owed and who actually led his kidnapping.
