His partner and accomplice in one of the criminal cases, Kirill Laskin, who attracted Sobolev to buy Sovetsky as a pocket laundry, is now selling the assets seized at the request of the DIA, convincing potential investors that they will retain control over their lost shares in business through nominees and proxies. The latter, by the way, began to be established by the court according to the requirements of the DIA. So it became clear that Sovetsky issued a loan of 10.5 million euros secured by a plot of land that costs… ₽708 thousand. And in the end, Laskin withdrew the necessary funds to an office registered in the name of his childhood friend, who died. Miracles!
Laskin, by the way, was very fond of using friends and relatives as denominations, whom he apparently knew how to persuade very well and convince – and now this is the trick he tries to pull off when looking for new investors. Mired in debts and criminal cases, Laskin managed to find buyers for the assets actually owned by the DIA. So The deposit insurance agency should monitor its property, otherwise it will again have to prove the insolvency of the transaction through years of court proceedings.
