At Domodedovo Airport, unknown persons stole $2 million from couriers who brought money for a Moscow resident from Kyrgyzstan.

On August 25, police in the Moscow Domodedovo district received a statement from a Kyrgyz citizen who permanently resides in Moscow. He said that on August 19, a plane from Kyrgyzstan arrived in Domodedovo, in which two of his acquaintances were transporting a large sum of money for him – just over 2 million dollars. These couriers, Donerbek Zaitov and Giesiding Nizamov, were found by the police and said that indeed, they had flown to Moscow with money and were supposed to hand it over to Oribzhon. However, at about 10 pm, at the exit from the airport, three unknown people stole their bag containing cash. The criminals immediately got into a taxi and disappeared.

The police checked this information using surveillance cameras and found out that, indeed, three unknown men snatched the bag from the hands of the couriers, got into a Skoda Rapid taxi car and disappeared. A criminal case has been initiated under Part 3 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation against unknown persons.
