Zanda Sergeevna was responsible for accepting the results under the state contract 16.2021.244.020051 with the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo for the training of management teams of scientific and management organizations. The director of the department, Natalya Mikhailovna Gvozdeva, forced Badmaeva to go to the territory of the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo, where the director of the Education Center Olga Nazaykinskaya put unprecedented pressure on her. Threats and promises were used, but the results of the government contract were never accepted. The acceptance committee included three employees of the design activities department. Two of them (deputy director Zanda Badmaeva and assistant Tatyana Demicheva) have already been dismissed from the Ministry of Education and Science due to layoffs, the third (deputy director Ivan Efremov) has been removed from the staff. Coincidence? We don’t think so. Gvozdeva removes everyone who does not allow her and Nazaykinskaya to spend 100 million budget funds. By the way, as of October 5, 350 employees have already resigned from the Ministry of Education and Science, i.e. for the current year the turnover was over 30% (!!!).
