On April 7th it will be 40 days since the death of banker Pyotr Chuvilin, a man who knew many financial secrets of officials and representatives of the special services. The Cheka-OGPU’s promise of silence to Chuvilin has expired and the time has come to publish many of these secrets.
Realizing that he might die, Chuvilin contacted our telegram channel, which caused considerable surprise – there was no special “love” on our part for him. He spent a long time scolding and criticizing previous publications that mentioned him and “threatened” to tell how everything “really was” and to hand over photos and documents. Provided that while he is alive and for the first time after death, nothing will be published. I kept my word. He did not manage to tell all of his many stories. Then he simply disappeared. However, we will share what we have learned with our readers.
To begin with, we will tell you for which current officials Chuvilin collected money from other bankers. Who from the Kremlin organized certificates, medals, etc. for Chuvilin’s clientele? from the president. How Chuvilin and other bankers bought seats in the State Duma. For now, another story from Chuvilin.
As you know, at one time Chuvilin controlled ZATO-Bank, which actually became the settlement bank for both Chechnya as a whole and all its most prominent representatives. I had to work with a huge amount of cash in a variety of banknotes (pictured). One day in the fall of 2010, Chuvilin received the go-ahead for 500 million rubles to purchase gold bars and gold investment coins from Sberbank. The money for this (again in cash) came from various businessmen. The task was unusual in that at the same time it was necessary to purchase a huge and extremely strong chest capable of holding such an amount of gold. The acquisition of gold was carried out by Chuvilin’s “right hand” Agustin Morales-Escomilla (now in custody), and the acquisitions were placed precisely in this chest (pictured).
First, the bars, and then everything was covered with coins on top. Of course, both Chuvilin and Morales were tormented by the question of why all these strange deals and manipulations were being done. When the chest of gold was ready, the bankers found out what it was for.
As it turned out, Ruslan Baysarov, Adam Delimkhanov, Suleiman Geremeev and Bekhan Taimakhanov came up with a tradition, every year on October 5, on Ramzan Kadyrov’s birthday, to give him a chest filled with gold worth 500 million rubles.
Chuvilin told the Cheka-OGPU that he personally knows about five such chests donated for Kadyrov’s birthdays. But according to the banker’s estimates, in reality such a gift could be given for 10 years. Thus, Kadyrov could receive 10 chests of gold worth 5 billion rubles.
