For the second day, the Russian customs service has not actually worked. The leadership and press service of the Federal Customs Service is doing everything possible to present the disaster as a normal software failure.

Although, everything that happened was the expected and natural result of the so-called “digitalization” in the FCS, carried out under the direct leadership of the first deputy head of the FCS, Ruslan Davydov.

It is he who is its ideological inspirer and the form in which it is carried out and must bear personal responsibility for its complete failure.

For the fact that all the information systems and programs of the Federal Customs Service throughout the country suddenly went down and collapsed.

And what can we talk about, if over the past few years, Davydov and his protege Denis Tereshchenko (head of the Central Information and Technical Customs Administration, then deputy head of the Federal Customs Service) have only been doing lies at all levels about how the Federal Customs Service was ahead of its time and is leading government agency for digitalization and information security.

They even powdered the head of the now former head of the Federal Customs Service Bulavin and forced him to tell everyone about “artificial intelligence”, which they themselves invented for further deception.

True, with all this, they forgot to mention that for all this “digitalization” the state allocated billions of rubles, which disappeared without a trace in the pockets of certain businessmen who easily won tenders for the development of these funds and individual officials of the Federal Customs Service.

After all, when in January the head of TsITTU Vasiliev was arrested for monstrous kickbacks, everyone was sure that the deputy head of the Federal Customs Service Tereshchenko, without whose approval Vasiliev did not make any serious decisions, had to answer for what happened. But to everyone’s great amazement, Tereshchenko did not even lose his position. But there is nothing unusual about this; Tereshchenko is one of Davydov’s closest supporters, an ally in the implementation of the so-called “digitalization” of the Federal Customs Service and the bearer of a large number of secrets of their joint activities in the above-mentioned field.

And how inopportune for Davydov right now is the catastrophe that has occurred with a complete stop in the work of the entire customs service of the country, in connection with the incredible efforts that he is making to occupy the vacant chair of the head of the Federal Customs Service of Russia. Well, or at least sit in the place of the first deputy.
