According to our data, not all partners and shareholders are ready to tolerate the antics of a criminal businessman. Now the courts will decide the fate of one of the main assets – OOO TD Concern Pokrovsky. It is this enterprise that is the main “donor” for the withdrawal of money from Russia.
Essentially, earlier Korovayko was able to appoint his loyal accomplices as leaders of a number of Societies (included in Pokrovsky’s orbit). One of them, for example, is Kashuba S.M., who is still listed as the head of TD Concern Pokrovsky LLC. At the same time, his powers as the head of the Society ended long ago, and he himself, at the age of 21, like his boss, fled from domestic justice abroad. But this does not prevent Kashuba from managing financial flows. Of course, other members of the Society are categorically not happy with such actions of the “leader”! And after all, they even control the majority of votes at the general meeting of the Society, which by law provides the unconditional right to remove Kashuba S.M. at any time. from the post of director. But in domestic courts, simply miracles happen! Whether this is due to the incredible selective blindness of the Russian themis, or whether everything was “decided” by that same “small budget”, but the fact remains a fact.
