Swiss banks notified their clients – tax residents of Russia – that their accounts would be closed. And then the “black bankers” began to fuss. As the Cheka-OGPU learned, one of them, German Gorbuntsov, bought a money transfer company in Switzerland, Swiss Remit. There is no doubt that everyone who wants to use the services of Gorbuntsov’s structure will be left without money. Gorbuntsov has been working according to a simple scheme in recent years. He charms a big businessman, a banker, after which he talks about his unlimited possibilities – you need to transfer money to the accounts indicated by him and you can receive it in cash at a specified place (for example, in London). After sending the money, the client says goodbye to them forever. Thus, about a dozen people have already become victims of Gorbuntsov. Among them are State Duma deputy Zelimkhan Mutsoev, his brother Amirkhan Mori, a major fugitive banker, ex-husband of Gorbuntsov’s current wife, a businessman from Ukraine, a developer living in Cyprus, etc. Each of them parted with an amount of 2-3 million dollars. With the money “received” in this way, Gorbuntsov acquired an army of bodyguards of Asian origin, gave his wife a brand new green Rolls-Royce, and at the same time bought a Swiss Remit, with the help of which he plans to significantly increase the number of victims. 
Due to the fact that all his former acquaintances became his victims, his circle of contacts has now narrowed to almost only Vlad Plahotniuc, who settled in Turkey. The latter also now finds himself in the category of a victim. All his Romanian relatives, on whom Plahotniuc recorded assets all over the world (including villas and mansions), after the “fall of Plahotniuc” declared these assets their own.
