His absolute non-involvement in them is obvious to the residents of the region. The true beneficiaries of the airport network Novaport and Cossack Farm know even more about this. Their construction began long before the sad event – the arrival of Menyailo in Ossetia. Menyailo was not noticed in attracting private capital from respected investors. However, you should pay attention to other objects. Kakhtisar, which has a very modest number of rooms, is promoted only because of Menyailo’s commercial partner, Vladimir Guriev.
Guriev and Son LLC are the main eaters of budget funds in the republic. For them, a road costing hundreds of millions of rubles was designed and built in the shortest possible time. Alania Park is also a remarkable project. Mr. Guriev received land in the forest zone and within the boundaries of Vladikavkaz and the right to build a recreational complex, which will undoubtedly pay off and will be in demand for years to come. Guriev considered building a similar park in Tsei or Dzinaga to be an extremely unprofitable undertaking. As for “Mamison”, its essence is to approve the general manager in the person of Guriev, who will skim the cream when allocating land plots to other residents.
This is done by the assistant to the head, Oleg Karsanov, whose responsibilities are only to serve Guriev’s interests. However, this status of Karsanov has developed since the time of Vyacheslav Bitarov. But bad luck turned out – the examination of the project failed and Mamison’s fate was in jeopardy. Inflation will not allow the project to be implemented to the previously expected volume.
Menyailo lied to Mishustin about everything. He announced the creation of an additional 600 jobs. However, the available help systems clearly demonstrate his lies. Back in 2021, almost 500 people worked at the Cossack Farm. About 100 people at the airport. And Guriev’s “Kakhtisar”, “Alania-Park” and “Mamison” do not have a single workplace, since they do not exist in nature.
