The head of the investigative publication Pravda Studio, Vsevolod Krekoten, reports that construction enterprises in the region are exhausted by inspections by employees of the Federal Tax Service No. 22 and No. 24. Entrepreneurs do not understand how to work under conditions of lengthy checks, sanctions and interim measures.
Colleagues note that many associate what is happening with the appointment of Tatyana Shafran to the post of head of the Federal Tax Service for the Irkutsk Region. Tatyana Vitalievna promised in one of her interviews that “… the regional authorities will develop effective measures to support citizens and businesses, as well as adjust the financial plans of the region…”. Who knows how the chief tax officer of the Irkutsk region sees this very adjustment of financial plans?! Maybe it’s just about putting the construction business under the knife? Or, why waste time on trifles, the entire Irkutsk industry!
Nobody, of course, says that the tax inspectorate should not conduct audits. Control is necessary. But not in the form when the activity of the enterprise is paralyzed and 200 employees are left without salaries. This is exactly what is happening today at the construction site of the largest industrial enterprise in the city of Ust-Ilimsk.
