Most of the calls came from the southwest and northeast. Of note, several eyewitnesses (including airport employees) observed unmanned aerial vehicles over the presidential special terminal Vnukovo-2 (last time around 23.00).
Also, quadcopters and aircraft-type UAVs were observed over such strategic objects as the Moscow Oil Refinery Plant (around midnight in Kotelniki), a thermal power plant (around 19.00 on Berezhkovskaya Embankment) and the Moscow City complex.
However, upon a detailed analysis of the KUSPs, the police authorities again came to the conclusion that more than 90% of them turned out to be the fruits of general hysteria. Birds, balloons, and airplanes were mistaken for enemy UAVs. Let’s give a couple of quotes.

The team arrived at the scene within 4 minutes and upon detailed study it was established that this luminous object was a celestial body (star). Also, during exploration of the territory, no UAVs were found.”
During the holidays, police were able to detect several drones on the ground. One of them in Klimovsk was “made of plastic and foam, 50×50 cm in size, equipped with a video camera, without markings.” On the territory of the Central Research Institute of Tuberculosis, two citizens with Zelenograd registration were detained – they launched a drone and it crashed. The smoke attracted attention and the police arrived at the scene.
In the video, a UAV was filmed by an employee of the Yuzhnoportovo district administration at 18.20 and two UAVs were filmed by an employee of the Arbat district administration at 17.39 and at 18.29.
